Shipping and Delivery Within Saudi Arabia

At Chef Brand, we are pleased to inform you that we provide shipping and delivery services to all regions across the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, including major cities such as Riyadh, Dammam, Khobar, Jubail, Jeddah, Makkah, Madinah, Al Ahsa, Hail, Tabuk, and Abha.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, we will send you an email containing a tracking number, allowing you to track your shipment online with the shipping company.

In Case of Product Damage or Loss

Although we take great care in packaging all products, items may occasionally be damaged during shipping. If this happens, we kindly ask you to help us raise the case and compensate you for the resulting damage by following these steps:

• Sign the delivery receipt only after fully inspecting the item.
• Check the product carefully in front of the shipping company representative.
• If there is any damage to the product or products, please write the details on the delivery receipt.
• Request a return within no more than 7 days from the delivery date.
• Take clear photos of the damage.
• Do not dispose of the inner or outer packaging.
• Contact customer service immediately after discovering the issue, and keep your order number ready so we can assist you as quickly as possible.

Note: Chef Brand is not responsible for damaged products reported after 7 days from the delivery date.

Cash on Delivery Fees

When choosing cash on delivery, an additional fee of 30 + VAT will be applied.

Delivery Time Within Saudi Arabia

• The average delivery time for most regions in Saudi Arabia is 5 to 7 business days maximum.
• We will notify you if there is any delay in the shipment due to circumstances beyond our control, peak periods, or annual holidays.

Shipping and Delivery Outside Saudi Arabia

At Chef Brand, we are pleased to inform you that we provide delivery services to several countries outside Saudi Arabia, including:

• United Arab Emirates
• Egypt
• Bahrain
• Kuwait
• Oman

Cash on delivery is currently not available for orders outside Saudi Arabia.

Delivery Time Outside Saudi Arabia

• The average delivery time for most international orders is 15 to 30 business days maximum.
• We will notify you if there is any delay in the shipment due to circumstances beyond our control, peak periods, or annual holidays.

Important Notes

• The product must be inspected upon delivery and before signing the delivery receipt.
• The inner and outer packaging must be kept in case of any damage.
• Customer service must be contacted within the first 7 days from the delivery date in case of damage or loss.
