Warranty Terms

Warranty Period

The warranty starts from the date of product purchase and covers two periods as follows:

First: 6-Month Warranty

The 6-month warranty from the purchase date covers all product parts against manufacturing defects.

Second: 2-Year Warranty

The 2-year warranty from the purchase date includes free maintenance provided by Lamsat Al Diyafa Company, provided that the customer bears all related expenses and spare parts costs during this period.

Warranty Exclusions

The obligation to provide free repair or replacement will be cancelled in the following cases:

• Product failure caused by use that violates the terms or conditions stated in the user manual.
• Opening, using, or repairing the product by unauthorized persons.
• Placing the device in a location unsuitable for its intended use.
• Using the product with unsuitable voltage or faulty electrical installation without prior consultation with authorized service providers.
• Changing or removing the product serial number.
• Damage or malfunction occurring during transportation outside the responsibility of Lamsat Al Diyafa Company.
• Breakage or scratches on the external body of the product while it is in the customer’s possession.
• Damage caused by using the product with accessories or devices purchased from other companies or unauthorized service providers.
• Damage caused by natural disasters such as fire, lightning, floods, earthquakes, or similar events.

Service Center Report

A report will be prepared by the service center and submitted to Lamsat Al Diyafa Company, stating the cause of the product damage or malfunction.

Installation and Maintenance Costs Outside Branch Cities

The customer shall bear all installation and maintenance costs if the service is required outside the cities where Lamsat Al Diyafa branches are located.

Free Installation Visit

The customer has the right to request one free installation visit by a Lamsat Al Diyafa technician.

The customer must prepare all required product installation requirements before the visit, including electrical connections, wiring, and any other necessary setup requirements.

Transportation Costs

The customer shall bear all transportation costs related to the product.
