Shipping and delivery within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia:

We are pleased to inform you that we provide delivery service to all regions of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, such as the main cities, Riyadh, Dammam, Khobar, Jubail, Jeddah, Mecca, Medina, Al-Ahsa, Hail, Tabuk, and Abha, and to know the estimated delivery time in other cities or remote areas, please contact us to know the details.

Delivery Track Tracking:

When your order is shipped, we will send you an email with a number that enables you to track your order with the carrier online.

In case of damage or loss of the product:

Despite our great care during packaging, goods may sometimes be damaged during transportation, and if this happens, please help us to lift the case and compensate you for the resulting damages by following the following steps:

• Sign the receipt after completing the full inspection of the item.

• Please check the product well in front of the shipping company representative.

• In case of any damage to the product(s), please write the details on the receipt and request a return of the product within the first seven days of delivery. Chef Brand will not be held responsible for the damaged products after this period.

• Be careful to photograph the damage in the product.

• Do not dispose of the inner or outer shell of the product.

• Contact customer service immediately after the fault is discovered, and please be prepared with your order number so that we can assist you as quickly as possible.

Cash on Delivery Fees:

A fee of 15 + VAT will be added when you choose to pay on delivery.

Delivery Time:

• The average delivery time for most regions of the Kingdom is between 5-7 working days maximum.

• We will alert you if there is a delay in the shipment due to circumstances beyond our control, pressure periods or annual holidays.


Shipping and delivery outside the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia:

We are pleased to inform you that we offer delivery service to the United Arab Emirates, Egypt, Bahrain, Kuwait and Oman, and to know the estimated delivery time, please contact us for details.
