Cancel Order:
If you wish to cancel your order before receiving it, contact customer service and we will do our best to cancel it, provided that your order has not been dispatched. If the order has been dispatched, the cancellation will be made as a refund of the item. Please refer to the return policy below.
Returns & Exchanges:
We offer a convenient return/exchange policy for different destinations and regions. The customer can return the product within 7 days from the date of delivery if the customer is not satisfied with the service or product.
Single-use products can be returned within 7 days from the date of invoice, if not used and in their original packaging.
If the amount has been paid:
We will refund the amount minus the shipping value within 7-14 business days to the same bank account through which the purchase was made.
Terms and conditions of return and exchange:
• The product must be unused and in its original condition.
• It must be retrieved in the same box as the recipient.
Please contact our customer service department before returning the product to issue a return authorization.
