Warranty terms


The warranty starts from the date of purchase of the product and covers two periods:


a - A period of six months from the date of purchase of the product includes:


   All parts of the product are against manufacturing defects.


b - A period of two years from the date of purchase of the product includes:


  Free maintenance during this period from the touch of hospitality, provided that the customer bears all expenses and spare parts.



2- Obligations for free repair and exchange of products will be canceled according to the following conditions:




a - Product malfunction due to use in violation of the terms or conditions stipulated in the user guide.


b - Opening, using or repairing the product by unauthorized persons.


c - Not placing the device in a location suitable for its use.


d - Use of the product by improper voltage connection or defective electrical installation without prior knowledge of authorized services.


e - Changing or removing the serial number.


f - The occurrence of a defect or damage to the product during transportation is outside the responsibility of Hospitality Touch Company.


g - A break or scratch on the outer body of the product when it is in the customer's possession.


h - Damage to the product due to its use with accessories or devices purchased from other companies or unauthorized services.


i - Damages resulting from natural disasters such as fires, lightning, floods, earthquakes, etc.




3- A report prepared by the maintenance center shall be submitted to the Hospitality Touch Company, specifying the causes of the damage.


4 - All installation and maintenance costs outside the cities of Hospitality Touch branches shall be borne by the customer.


5 - The customer has the right to request a single visit by a hospitality touch technician for the free installation of the product, so the customer must prepare and prepare all the requirements for the product to be installed, including connections, electrical extensions, and others, before the visit.


6 - All transportation costs shall be borne by the customer.
