Instructions for use:

• 1. Press the ON/OFF/HOLD key to turn on the measuring unit.
• 2. Insert the probe into the product and wait for approx. 2 minutes; The temperature inside it will be shown on the Display;
• 3. Before removing the thermometer from the product, press the ON/OFF/HOLD key to remain indicated on the Display, and the read temperature until you press the HOLD key again ;
• 4. Press the C/ F/ MAX/MIN key to view the maximum and minimum temperatures.
• 5. Press the C/ F/ MAX/MIN key for 4 seconds to indicate the temperature in C or F.
• 6. Press the ON/OFF/HOLD key for 4 seconds to stop the measuring unit.

Warnings:

• Do not leave the thermometer in the oven during baking, in areas with extreme temperatures, or with strong vibrations!
• Do not touch the hot probe with unprotected hands!
• Wash the metal probe of the thermometer with water and detergent; do not use solvents or abrasive parts for cleaning. Only clean the thermometer manually.
• Do not fully insert the thermometer into the water.
• Sterilize the metal probe by placing it in hot water for a few minutes.
